Volunteer steps
Thank you for your interest in coaching! Our G League family is built on amazing Volunteers who pour into our players and provide an encouraging and fun atmosphere to play the game we all love! Please follow the steps to join us this season as a G League Coach!
step 1 :
Complete our Volunteer Coaching Form. This gives us insight to your scheduling needs and lets us know you are interested in coaching for each upcoming season. This form must be completed by all interested and returning coaches.
step 2 :
Complete the required Background Check and Abuse Training. This is good for two years. Returning Coaches: If you are unsure when your Background Check expires, reach out to us! G League reimbursement of $15 upon request.
step 3 :
Once a Coach is approved by G League Staff, you will receive an email with Onboarding Information and a Coaches Packet.
step 4 :
Upon reviewing the Coaches Packet, complete the G League Coaches Quiz.
step 5 :
Follow the prompt at the end of the Coaches Quiz to finalize your Coaching Application.
Save the Date! COACHES CLINIC: Saturday, August 22 @9-10:30AM
New coaches will receive their Coaches T-Shirt during the Coaches Clinic.
