Volunteer steps
Thank you for your interest in coaching! Our G League family is built on amazing Volunteers who pour into our players and provide an encouraging and fun atmosphere to play the game we all love! Please follow the steps to join us this season as a G League Coach!
step 1 :
Complete our Volunteer Coaching Form. This gives us insight to your scheduling needs and lets us know you are interested in coaching for each upcoming season. This form must be completed by all interested and returning coaches.
step 2 :
Complete the required Background Check and Abuse Training. This is good for two years. Returning Coaches: If you are unsure when your Background Check expires, reach out to us! G League reimbursement of $15 upon request.
step 3 :
Once a Coach completes and passes their background check and abuse training, they may request access to the Coach’s Packet linked below. Access will not be granted until Step #2 is complete.
step 4 :
Upon reviewing the Coaches Packet, complete the G League Coaches Quiz linked below.
step 5 :
At the end of the Coaches Quiz you will be prompted to Read and Agree to G League’s Code of Conduct. Coaches will receive team assignment and schedule on Friday, August 21st.
Save the Date! COACHES CLINIC: Saturday, August 22 @9-10:30AM
New coaches will receive their Coaches T-Shirt during the Coaches Clinic.
